The article reveals and proves the tree-like, fractal structure of universal human (including legal, legal, and ethical) and natural laws, norms and rules. A physical example of a fractal structure (spruce, pine and others) shows an experimental technique for measuring their basic physical parameters such as mass, density, volume, and side surface area. It has been proven that all norms, laws, and rules must have a short, compressed, concise form and simple, clear, intelligible content. In this case, they will correspond to the aspirations, desires and expectations of most people on the planet. This follows from the fractal theory of the construction of all human society and its laws. And from the intelligent construction of the algorithm of human life and activity.
The positive aspects of the style of presentation of the Hadith and their contents are noted. Fractals are widely used in the exact and basic sciences. However, the role and place of fractals in humanitarian, pedagogical, legal, political, economic, social and social sciences have not been sufficiently studied. The article attempts to begin with a theoretical study on the role and place of fractal theory in these types of scientific areas. Some examples from the events taking place in the real social and economic life of Kazakhstan are given.
The work will continue. In the upcoming years, it is planned to consider questions that human thought activity, the formation of knowledge, and the structure and principles of the work of neurons and neural networks (both natural and artificial) are also fractal in nature.
What is very interesting is the question of what some integral informative characteristic of all these fractal structures is. As in the above example, for all spruce needles, this characteristic was the volume of displaced liquid. When immersing the whole spruce in a reservoir of water.
We express our gratitude to the editorial board of the London Journal of Research in Humanities and Social Sciences magazine.
One of my students plans to develop this topic and try to complete it in the scope of a PhD dissertation. Due to the limited format of the text, I cannot tell anything about myself here as the scientific director of this work. However, enough information about me (and my publications) is available on the Internet in the public domain in Russian, English and Kazakh.
